Nudges

Things Rople has noticed and thinks are worth doing, sorted by how much they matter: critical, important, worth reviewing, and positive. Each carries the reason it was raised and a suggested action.

Positive nudges are there on purpose. A system that only ever surfaces problems teaches people that opening it is bad news.

AI Chat

Ask a question and get an answer written from your records. The suggestions on the screen differ by whether you manage people.

For a manager:

  • Write structured feedback using situation, behaviour and impact.
  • Compile a review brief from goals, feedback, check ins and competency scores.
  • Draft a performance improvement plan from a role profile.
  • Surface who is showing early signs of disengagement.

What it can and cannot see

It reads the records you can read. A module you cannot open is not one it will answer from, and the answer names the records it used so you can check it.

How it connects

  • It reads from Goals and KPIs, Feedback, Reviews, Recognition, Development and Talent.
  • Nudges also appear in Manager Cockpit for the people you manage.

Common questions

Does it change anything on its own? No. It drafts and it suggests. Every action is taken by a person in the module that owns the record.

Why did it not answer my question? Either the records it needs are not there, or they are ones your seat cannot read. It says which.

Can I use its draft as it is? Read it first. A drafted review or a drafted piece of feedback is a starting point, and the sentence that matters is the one you write yourself.
