Everything is read from your profile and your records rather than from the workspace template, so it is about you specifically.
How it differs from Home and My Work
Home is the company. One sentence about where the business stands, the figures behind it, and the head of your queue.
My Work is the queue in full, with filters, and for managers a toggle to see the team's.
Your day is the personal picture: the performance side of the product, gathered in one place, with your work alongside it.
Where it sends you
Every section links into the module that owns it. Pressing a goal opens Goals. Pressing a feedback request opens Feedback. Pressing a queue row opens the record it is about, in the module that raised it.
Common questions
Can my manager see this page? They see your goals, your feedback and your development plan in the modules that own them, and a gathered reading of your team members in Manager Cockpit. This page is yours.
Why is it not in the sidebar? It is reached from the seat menu, beside your account, because it is about you rather than about the company's work.
